Shipping Policy
DEJJEM ships from Sydney, NSW, Australia.
Each order is carefully packed and dispatched with intention. As we are a small-run label, please allow time for your order to be processed before it is shipped.

Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and packed before dispatch, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
During collection launches, sale periods or high-volume moments, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Australian Shipping
We offer shipping within Australia via Australia Post, Sendle or another trusted courier service, depending on your location and the most suitable delivery option available.

Free Australian Shipping
DEJJEM may offer complimentary Australian shipping during selected periods or above a nominated order value. Where available, this will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Sydney Local Delivery or Pick-Up
Local delivery or studio pick-up may be offered in Sydney for selected orders or during certain collection releases.
Where available, this option will appear at checkout or be arranged directly with DEJJEM.
Local pick-up is by appointment only. Please wait until you have received confirmation before collecting your order.
International Shipping
DEJJEM may offer international shipping to selected destinations.
International shipping rates and delivery options will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Estimated international delivery timeframes vary by destination and courier. As a guide, international orders may take 5–14 business days from dispatch, not including customs processing.
Please note that international delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs, local postal services, courier delays or other factors outside of our control.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
Orders are shipped from Australia.
For international orders, duties, taxes, customs fees or import charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
DEJJEM is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
If an international order is refused, returned to sender, or not collected, any shipping fees, duties, taxes or costs incurred may be deducted from any refund or store credit issued, where permitted by law.
Pre-Order Items
If your order contains a pre-order item, please refer to the estimated dispatch window listed on the product page.
Pre-order items will be shipped once they become available. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready, unless otherwise arranged.
Pre-order delivery windows are estimates only. We will do our best to keep you updated if there are any changes to the expected dispatch timeframe.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it may enter our fulfilment process quickly.
If you need to update your shipping address or request a change, please contact hello@dejjem.com.au as soon as possible with your order number.
We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has been processed or dispatched, but we will do our best to assist where possible.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
DEJJEM is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after dispatch.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the relevant courier or postal service.
If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact hello@dejjem.com.au and we will assist you in lodging an enquiry with the carrier where possible.
DEJJEM is not responsible for courier delays, however we will always do our best to support you in resolving any delivery issue.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate parcels. If this occurs, you may receive more than one shipping confirmation email.
Packaging
DEJJEM orders are packed with care, using considered packaging materials wherever possible.
As our packaging is part of the DEJJEM experience, your order may include tissue paper, garment bags, cards, tags or other branded elements, depending on the item and availability.
Packaging may vary between orders to ensure each piece is protected properly in transit.
